Kauffmans, a strategic central London real estate consultancy, has appointed James Nicholls as director in its capital markets team.
Nicholls joins from Avison Young, where he was a director of its central London capital markets team, working primarily with private investors from the UK and Asia. He has spent 16 years acting within the City of London, developing deep expertise across its markets.
Nicholls brings with him over a decade of experience in major deals including 85 London Wall, EC2 a £35m acquisition for the City of London Corporation, 75 King William Street, EC4 a £128m acquisition for a Chinese consortium, and most recently 76-80 Old Broad Street, EC2.
Nicholls said: “Having worked with Kauffmans’ co-founders on various projects over the years, I’m genuinely excited for this next step in my career.
