Best Estate Agent Guide Awards: And the winners are…

The EA Masters, considered by many to be the estate agency event of the year, took place at Evolution London yesterday.

The event was a major success, with more than 1,000 estate agents and suppliers attending.

As well as the prestigious Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, this year’s EA Masters presented the People Awards, Innovation & Improvement Awards, sponsored by Landmark Information Group and Supplier Awards.

The awards were presented by TV personality co-hosts, BBC The One Show’s Alex Jones and star of SAS: Who Dares Wins, Jason Fox.

A whole range of achievements were celebrated throughout the day, recognising the industry’s top talent, agencies of all sizes and those revolutionising the way things work in the sector.

Roseberry Newhouse was crowned Best Sales & Lettings Overall Winner in the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, with Dafydd Hardy receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award and Rajeev Nayyar receiving an Outstanding Contribution Award.

The Best Sales Overall Winner was HoldenCopley and the Best Lettings Overall Winner was Seymours Estate Agents.

The founder of Best Estate Agent Guide and EA Masters, Peter Knight, said: “We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of everyone who took home an award at this year’s EA Masters.

“These represent the top-performing agents in the UK, setting the benchmark for excellence in customer service, expertise, and results.
