Southernbrook Lettings, the south coast based independent letting only agency, has continued its expansion plans with a sixth purchase in 30 months.

Following its successful takeover of David Seymour’s of Gosport, Fareham & Portsmouth, Cocoon Lettings in Kingston & Guildford, Keats Lettings in Haslemere, Guildford and Liphook, brite-move lettings in Lee-on-Solent (Hampshire), and most recently Barrington and Company in Petworth, West Sussex, Southernbrook has completed the purchase of the lettings portfolio of HC Property based in Wokingham.

Working closely with the current team at HC, this latest acquisition presents Southernbrook with an opportunity to now expand into Berkshire, adding to the letting agency’s substantial portfolio across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

Southernbrook says it will be looking to further their successful expansion during 2025.
