Reapit announced its latest product offerings at the Elevate ’24 event, designed to enhance the tools available to estate agencies.
New products include Reapit Go and Reapit Bookings, along with integration with the rent payment platform PayProp and data provider Homesearch.
New mobile product Reapit Go allows agents to operate on the move. Agents can now access their office calendar, easily manage upcoming appointments, dive into property and contact records, store viewing feedback and notes, and more when away from their desks.
This update comes as the industry experiences recruitment issues. PayProp reported earlier this year that over 40% of property professionals were hiring, but only one to five qualified applicants were applying per vacancy.
Reapit Bookings speeds up the viewing process for rental properties by pre-qualifying applicants through a form immediately after they express interest on a property portal.
The partnership with Homesearch provides new insights tools, offering agents access to data on 16 million homes, enhancing their property evaluations.
The new Re:Contact tool allows agents to track market activity, including new listings and ownership changes, helping them reconnect with former clients.
Matt McGown, chief product officer at Reapit, said: “Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at Reapit. The real estate industry is evolving rapidly, and staying ahead of the competition requires more than just adopting new tools – it demands a commitment to constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
“The advancements we’ve unveiled at Elevate ’24 have been developed in partnership with our customers and focused on addressing market trends. We have designed these tools to empower agents with cutting-edge technology that not only improves efficiency but also positions them as leaders in the market.”
Steve Richmond, Reapit general manager in UK&I, added: “Elevating the agent so they can deliver exceptional service is what has driven our latest releases. Who you choose to trust your property with, buy or let from comes down to that personal relationship between the agent and the client, and our tech is focused on strengthening that bond.
“But we’re not done. The new products we have announced today are simply the next step on our journey to being able to provide property professionals with everything they need to thrive, all under one roof.”
