In memory of Nick: Northwood team sets out for Paris

We would like to wish the very best of luck to four agents as they embark on a charity fund-raising bike ride in memory of their late boss.

Northwood managing director Nick Cooper died in August 2013 from pancreatic cancer.

Since then, his firm – via the Northwood Foundation – has raised nearly £30,000 for the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, overshooting its initial target of £20,000.

Its latest fund-raiser starts today when Stephen Summerhayes (Norwich), Andrew Chapman (Plymouth), Stuart Calvert (Southampton) and Danny Snelling (Norwich) set off on a London to Paris cycle ride.

The ride covers 300 miles in five days.

This year marks not only the second anniversary of the charismatic Cooper’s death, but also the 20th anniversary of property franchise chain Northwood itself.
