DJ Alexander has opened a new office in Shawlands in Glasgow.
The new branch, located at 313 Kilmarnock Road, employs 14 people and highlights the firm’s commitment to Glasgow sales and lettings property market.
Catherine Bruce, DJ Alexanders’ sales and lettings director in Glasgow, said: “This new office will house our portfolio team and the sales and lettings new business team, further enhancing the company’s ability to deliver comprehensive property services across Glasgow. In particular we feel that this is an area which appeals to renters so provides great potential for existing and prospective landlords to invest. We already manage over 3,000 letting properties in the city so we see this as an area offering considerable growth opportunities.

Nowadays, clients are too often dealing with a call centre, and we believe that having the facility to speak to our experienced members of staff in the flesh helps us to provide that excellent level of customer service for which we are known.”
