New Lettings Vault platform boosts paper-free agent/tenant connectivity

A new all-in-one solution for agent and tenant connectivity from inventory to check-out has been developed by the same team by the same team that created miProgram, the first property inventory software of its kind to market 13 years ago.

Lettings Vault, which can be white-labelled if desired to allow agents to showcase their own branding within the app, is designed to offer rapid inventory reporting and effortless document delivery and sharing through its intuitive tenant app. It can be used to create detailed reports for inventories, check-ins, check-outs, midterm inspections and more.

The Lettings Vault suite includes Agent Vault and Tenant Vault, and has been developed by the same team that created miProgram, the first property inventory software of its kind to market in 2011, using proven expertise and understanding of the industry to respond to client demand.

The Lettings Vault, which includes Agent Vault and Tenant Vault, allows lettings agents to send documents for signing and secure storage directly to tenants within its streamlined Tenant Vault app, putting all the essential documents in one easily accessible place. An auto-populate function means that existing documents can be imported from lettings agents’ management systems.

Founder Stuart McCormick said: “We already have 1000 customers, including some of the biggest names on the high street, thanks to miProgram. Via our sister company miServices, we complete nearly 5000 jobs a month across the UK. With this next-generation property inventory software, we’ve been able to capitalise on our industry knowledge to match the requirements of today’s letting agent.

“Lettings Vault solves a problem by overturning the issue of multiple platforms being used to do one job – it pulls all the functionality lettings agents need into one suite with a single dashboard. The key benefits of this are cost and time savings and an integrated documentation trail so lettings agents can work smarter.

“It’s also important to point out that, under the Renters’ Rights Bill, which is intended to become law in 2025, the set of standards already applied in the social housing sector will be rolled over into the private rental sector. The key piece of legislation, the Decent Homes Standard, will ensure that landlords take action to ensure homes are safe, the first stage of which is compliance with the Housing Health & Safety Rating Scheme (HHSRS) checklist. The form for this is already built into our new software, which is included for all Agent Vault+ customers.”
