Chartwell Noble announces expansion into the Cotswolds

D’Aniello, Percy Clarke and Nicholas Le Ny-Clarke

Chartwell Noble has welcomed two new partner agents – Nicholas Le Ny-Clarke and Percy Clarke – who are setting up their own businesses under the Chartwell Noble Partnership. Together, they will represent the brand across the region, offering a credible alternative for prime property sales.

Le Ny-Clarke, who joined as area director in June 2024, brings more than 20 years of experience in the property market. His extensive knowledge of the region and background includes Garrington, Douglas & Gordon and Winkworth. More recently, he returned to the UK after a successful seven-year stint in France where he was the top seller for estate agent, IAD.

Meanwhile, Clarke, who joins as a partner agent in October 2024, will spearhead operations in the South Cotswolds. With 16 years of experience, his background includes roles at Fine & Country, BNP Paribas RE and Strutt & Parker.

Ross D’Aniello, MD at Chartwell Noble, commented: “We are delighted to have Nicholas and Percy on board as we expand into the Cotswolds. We’ve seen tremendous success with our launch in The Three Counties earlier this year, and expanding into the Cotswolds with them both is a natural extension.

“Their wealth of local expertise and commitment to service excellence will ensure that Chartwell Noble offers the same trusted, bespoke property experience we are known for across the Midlands, so we ae excited to support them as they build their own businesses in a way that suits them and to the level that they want.”
