More than 20 property organisations and professionals have been named as finalists in the upcoming 2024 Variety North West PROPs awards.
The winners of six categories from Agent Of The Year to the Rising Star award will be announced during a special awards ceremony taking place at the Hilton Hotel Deansgate on 10 October.
The ceremony offers the chance for property professionals in the North West to celebrate the sector’s achievements and successes, as well as raise funds for disabled and disadvantaged children in the region.
Last year’s awards saw £220,000 and four Sunshine Coaches raised for children’s charity Variety.
Lyn Staunton, Variety development director, said: “After an extensive and thorough process, we’re delighted to reveal the official shortlist, showcasing the strongest contenders in each category. The entries we received were impressively diverse, ranging from various businesses to individuals.
“We’re eagerly looking forward to unveiling the winners during what promises to be another unforgettable evening that celebrates the property industry in the North West.”
The shortlist is as follows:
Agent of the year award: OBI Property; Living Redefined; B8RE; CBRE.
Funder of the year award: Together; Maslow Capital; PMJ Capital.
Property deal of the year award: CBRE – Lumina Village; Together – The Secret Garden; Maslow Capital – Berkeley Square; Forshaw Property Group – Cornbrook Tower.
Professional advisor of the year award: Eden Planning; RECOM; Fieldfisher.
Sustainability award: ECF/Muse; ASK; Keepmoat; Salix Homes.
Rising star award: Harry Panter & Ben Clayton – Housr; Bay Downing – Downing Group; Michael Street – Word On The Street Group.
