iamproperty launches new CRM solution for estate agents

iamproperty has launched its next innovation which it says is central to its ‘ecosystem of solutions for UK estate agents’, iamproperty CRM.

This follows a major programme of investment, as iamproperty continues it launch next gen agency solutions.

Key features include a property management module with an inspections feature, allowing lettings agents to manage their properties within the CRM, and a Letzone tenant onboarding platform with Vision+ integration to streamlikne the lettings onboarding process. iamproperty CRM has over 1,800 automations, in platform short cuts and the My Day dashboard, helping agents to maximise efficiency and save time on everyday tasks.

A dedicated data migration and onboarding team is in place to make the transition from agents’ existing CRM solution seamless, with switch over possible in as little as four weeks, as well as a UK-based support team easily available to agents via phone or email.
