Beresfords makes double senior hire
Beresfords has announced the appointment of land director Fraser Allen and associate director of new homes Rob Twitchett.
The appointments mark a milestone for the company as it continues its expansion of its senior team, and further strengthens its service capabilities to clients.
Fraser joins Beresfords with more than 30 years of experience in land, sales, and development, and will be overseeing the delivery of the agent’s land division across its network of 17 branches, in Essex and Greater London.
He will be working closely with landowners, developers, agents, and local authorities in the pursuit of opportunities for Beresfords’ clients and is currently managing multiple listings with a combined total market value of over £25m.
Twitchett returns to the Beresfords family, having worked for the firm for eight years as branch manager earlier in his career. He will be delivering the agency’s new homes offer and the strategic leadership of the team.
Paul Beresford, CEO of Beresfords Group, said: “Fraser and Rob bring a wealth of expertise and energy to their roles, and we are pleased to welcome them to the team.
“It’s an exciting time for Beresfords as we continue to build and utilise our database of over 120,000 potential buyers and expand our new business centre which is dedicated to finding and securing property opportunities.
“Fraser and Rob are real assets to our team and therefore our clients, and they will be instrumental in our continued growth and success.”
