Lettings (R)evolution: A free event for agents

Danielle Nash

Property Academy has launched a free event for lettings and property management specialists: Lettings (R)evolution.

Taking place on 27 June at Underwood Lofts, the event will explore seven proven methods to significantly improve lettings and property management businesses, plus two disaster scenarios to avoid.

Sharing real-life case studies on how current Property Academy members are setting the standard for lettings excellence, the Lettings (R)evolution session will feature discussions with current members, facilitated by well-known industry figures Richard Palfreeman, Peter Fuller and Peter Knight.

Danielle Nash, managing director of Property Academy, said: “We are thrilled to be able to offer another brilliant free training event, exclusively for the lettings industry.

“After the fantastic demand we have seen for this year’s EA Masters Dare To Win Roadshows, presented by Property Academy, it was clear that there was scope to extend our free offering beyond our initial agency-wide focus, to a specialist lettings course.

“If you have ever been curious about the training we offer at Property Academy, the Lettings (R)evolution is the perfect opportunity to discover how our training helps real agents across the UK to perform at their best.”

Examples of the discussions scheduled for the day include:

+ How Paramount transformed from property managers to asset enhancers

+ How Northfields added £750,000 of additional value in 18 months

+ Why Preston Baker sold their lettings business and how they have tripled their profits from the same team

+ Understanding the five ways to “squeeze the lemon” and extract much greater returns from your existing portfolio

+ Three tips you can implement immediately that will raise your income by over 10 per cent in the next 12 months.

Agents can secure their free tickets to Lettings (R)evolution here.
