Building the value of a lettings business – how to grow your agency

Rightmove is hosting a webinar tomorrow for owners and managers of lettings agencies, focused on growing their business to the maximum potential.

Rightmove’s Christian Balshen will be joined on the webinar by award-winning acquisitions and lettings consultants, Lucy Noonan and Peter Fuller.

The webinar will take place from 10am – 11am, on Tuesday 23rd April.

During the session, the experts will share insights into:

+ How revenue, compliance, reputation, and profitability all determine the value of a business

+ Practical tips about the day-to-day actions businesses can take to influence the value that is placed on it, both by themselves and potential clients

+ Real world examples of agents who’ve taken practical steps to boost the value of their agency

Lucy Noonan, founder of Atomic Consultancy, has more than 25 years’ experience in lettings and estate agency, and was responsible for M&A activity several agencies prior to forming her consultancy.

Peter Fuller, an acquisitions and lettings consultant, has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry, and before going solo as a consultant, held board level positions with The Romans Group, and was heavily involved during their expansion, sale of business to private equity and eventual merger with Leaders.

Balshen joined Rightmove in 2019 as part of the acquisition of Van Mildert Landlord & Tenant Protection. Since 2009, Christian has worked with thousands of letting agents of all sizes, in all regions of the UK, as well as a wide range of suppliers to the letting industry.

Surely lesson one is to drop rightmove? Why pay £1k per month (minimum) to advertise lettings when others (zoopla and otm) are half the price?
