Martyn Gerrard has opened a flagship office in Hampstead, expanding the agency’s established service across north and northwest London.
The opening of the new office, located opposite Hampstead tube station, grows the firm’s network to 14, with this latest branch expanding on existing operations based in nearby Kentish Town and East Finchley.
All Hampstead locals are being invited to come into the new Hampstead office at 49 Heath Street, in its opening weeks, to enjoy a drink and canapes, with a view to meet the team and winning the estate agency new business.
Managing director, Simon Gerrard, said: “Hampstead has long been regarded as one of the
most desirable places in London, and indeed the country, to own a home. We are thrilled to have opened the doors of our new office, situated right at the heart of the area and are excited to offer the modern, dynamic and personalised customer-focused, quality estate agents services that Hampstead needs.”
The opening of the new Martyn Gerrard office follows on from the recent acquisition of Range Homes in Palmers Green, north London.
The strategic acquisition forms a part of Martyn Gerrard’s growth plans and will support the firm’s recently launched Winchmore Hill office, which opened its doors in January last year.
