Is print media making a comeback? How one agent is using it to justify premium fees

The latest Agents MVMT podcast ‘Pass the Syrup’, presented by Ben Madden, features Joe Parry of Archer & Co, Harry Trueman of Andrews, and Jemma Friday from Fine & Country.

In today’s episode guests discuss print media and its place in agency today. In a world seemingly obsessed with digital marketing and communications, one agent discusses how their businesses fully utilises print media, the benefits to their clients, and the fees they are able to justify.

As well as print marketing, guests discuss the importance of agent safety and what agents can do, to protect themselves, in particular, utilising applications like ViewBuddy and Hollie Guard.

And if you are a woman working in the world of property, and you are confident to appear as a speaker, be that on a stage or a podcast, Angharad Trueman wants you on her list, and Ben Madden wouldn’t mind hearing from you either.

As always, funny stories are shared along with contributions from Sam Offley of Agents Together, and Chris Watkins make his regular appearance.

There’s nothing better than an agency publishing, for FREE, a quality printed monthly magazine for their community. Check out KellyAnne Lord if you need help.
Print magazines have a longer shelf-life than here-today-gone-tomorrow social media and the message can be as short or as long as required.
