More than 5.4 million UK consumers were reached by the Best Estate Agent Guide’s huge Boxing Day social media campaign, according to founder Peter Knight.
The marketing campaign, the largest online project ever undertaken by the Best Estate Agent Guide, was designed to raise the profile of both the Guide and the agents listed in it to homeowners across the UK.
Knight, who also runs The Property Academy, says the social media posts were displayed to 5.49m people.
“Our campaign has been a resounding success and we are absolutely thrilled that so many people have been reached by our messaging, he said. “It’s not just about numbers; it’s about educating consumers and providing them with the knowledge to make informed decisions.”
He added: “The Best Estate Agent Guide strives to bring transparency and excellence to the forefront, and this widespread engagement reinforces our commitment to providing valuable insights for every homeowner in the country.”
Now, more than 5.4 million people will recognise that agents who display these medals truly are the best in the business and that a listing in the Guide is the only way to know you are choosing the right partner for your move.”
“it’s not about the numbers” – says Peter.
I agree. It’s about the engagement.
Not about how many people see a post but about how many care what’s being said.
“Strives to bring transparency and excellence” is a fine objective but of that there’s little evidence.
Instead of striving to be “Best Agent”, which is only ever subjective, perhaps it’s time for The Different Agent Guide?
