The UK launch of property management software LoftyWorks has been announced by US-based Chime Technologies.

LoftyWorks is a “plug-and-play” solution that integrates automated marketing with communications. According to Chime, the service – developed over the last three and a half years – also features a “one source of truth” approach to financial data, with the aim of supporting the smooth running of profit and loss (P&L) and client accounts.

The launch follows Chime’s acquisition of Rentancy Ltd in 2022. According to the company, this brought “an established UK-focused software solution and an expert team providing outsourced property management services”.

LoftyWorks features automated matching to properties alongside “one-click” posting to Rightmove and social media, the company said.

Joe Chen, CEO of Chime, commented: “LoftyWorks offers the best of UK and US learning. It merges marketing and CRM solutions which are unique to the UK market. In future versions, we’ll be adding more of our AI-based solutions to enhance operations further.”

Kurt Lyall, UK general manager, added: “LoftyWorks automates communications and matching, combines Whatsapp, Outlook, call notes and Gmail, and provides integrated calendars that are easy to use.”
