Stuart Kelly

Stuart Kelly has been named as the Property Management Area Director for Essex at Spicerhaart.

Before moving into the property industry, Stuart worked as a flight attendant, and believes there are many transferable skills he can bring to his new position.

He said: “Early on, I learnt customer service excellence and believe clear and concise communication is crucial in both professions.

“I also have a keen eye for detail, which translates seamlessly into ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards for quality.

“Working as part of a flight crew has also emphasised the importance of teamwork. I thrive in collaborative environments, and I’m confident in my ability to work with property management teams to achieve common goals.”

Kelly changed careers in 2020, joining Spicerhaart and has steadily worked his way through the ranks. He said he is delighted to have found a new career where he is thriving.

He continued: “I am proud to be employed by a company that understands the importance of promoting from within when possible,” Stuart said.

“I hope my journey can inspire other property managers in the company to keep focused and to keep that solution mind-set because the company will notice your efforts.

“I am very excited to increase the efficiency and output of the team. We have some fantastic talent in Essex and I am focused on bringing out the best in all of them.

“My aims are to retain the portfolio we have through five star property management and to grow the book exponentially.”

Residential letting managing director, Satwant Basi, said: “Stuart has excelled in all the roles he has held since joining Spicerhaart and I am delighted to offer him this exciting new position as we expand the number of Property
Management Area Directors across the business.

“He has shown excellent transferable skills and I am sure he will be a massive success.”
