Lomond has agreed a new partnership with organisational performance improvement specialist FranklinCovey in a bid to attract talented new recruits, fast-track existing employees up the ranks, and ultimately boost its senior management team.
The estate agency group, which currently employs around 1,100 people, hopes the link-up with FranklinCovey demonstrates the group’s commitment to fostering exceptional leadership and supporting talent development.
Ed Phillips, Lomond’s CEO, said: “This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in our journey to create and strengthen the ultimate senior leadership team.
“It will also fast-track those rising stars across the group to fulfil their potential and equip them with the character, mindset, skill-set and behaviours to grow into our leaders of tomorrow and deliver exceptional results.”
“This collaboration reinforces our dedication to investing in our home-grown talent, elevating our leadership and investing in the future of the property industry.
“It will also ensure we stay at the forefront of recruiting, retaining and rewarding the very best people working in the residential property sector.”
Recognising the instrumental role that leadership plays in organisational success, Phillips says this ambitious programme spans across all levels of the business, ensuring senior leaders, management teams, and emerging talent receive tailored developmental experiences.
It comprises three distinct strands:
1. LOMONDtransform; “Transform” is an exclusive leadership development journey crafted for its senior leadership team to empower them with the skills and insights needed to lead with vision, drive strategic innovation and to navigate complex challenges.
2. LOMONDelevate; Empowering management teams, “Elevate” is dedicated to fostering high-performing management teams within Lomond. This intensive programme will equip managers and department leaders with the essential tools to inspire their teams, drive operational excellence, and build a collaborative culture that fosters growth and success.
3. LOMONDaccelerate; Designed to nurture up and coming talent, “Accelerate” focuses on honing the potential of promising entry level professionals in the industry. This transformative initiative will provide them with mentorship, training and exposure to invaluable experiences, ensuring they become the leaders of tomorrow.
