New sales progression course and qualification launches for agents

The Able Agent and ASAP have joined forces to launch a new sales progression course and qualification, designed to help support agents.

The Level 3 Certificate in Sales Progression (CeSP) includes modules on the legal process, handling clients, administrative aspects and AML.

Jamie Taylor, operations manager at ASAP, commented: “When we were approached to help support The Able Agent in effectively building this course, we were keen to be involved, because we fully appreciate the need to raise awareness around the importance of good sales progression.

“This is a much-needed qualification, which I feel even our expert team can benefit from. This is the reason why we are registering our team leaders with a view to rolling it out to all of our sales progressors. Those who are working through the modules are already beginning to see the value of the content and eagerly awaiting their new qualification – as real recognition of their knowledge.

“The more agents attend this course, the greater the impact on the industry, and understanding around what is needed to truly get sales moving.”

The sales progression course and qualification will also be available as part of the Able Agent’s in-house white label platform.

Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell, founder and director of the Able Agent, added: “Our focus is always centred around raising industry standards. It’s about providing flexible and bite-size learning to fit around busy schedules, with the aim of ensuring agents feel fully confident in the service they offer.

“We value what agents know, but there are always gaps in everyone’s knowledge. This is why we chose to get ASAP involved, so that we could really fine-tune the course content. It’s wonderful that they are now putting their own specialist team through this training – a real endorsement of the offering.”
