UK Sotheby’s International Realty appoints Will Pittt as senior director
Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the appointment of Will Pitt as senior director.
He joins the firm following a 20-year stint at Foxtons, where he held various roles, including head of private office and sales area director Central London.
He formed a part of the team that developed Foxton’s private office department, working with high-net-worth individuals and maintaining a broad industry network.

Knight Frank welcomes Dawn Findlay as associate
Dawn Findlay has joined Knight Frank’s Kensington residential sales team as an associate.
Findlay embarked on a career in property in 2018 and has spent the last five years gaining experience in prime central London having previously worked for Marsh & Parsons and Rokstone in Marylebone.
In her new role at Knight Frank, Findlay will be an integral part of the sales team at the firm’s Kensington office, led by James Pace. She will be primarily focussed on covering Prime and Super Prime sales across Kensington and Holland Park.

Rob Trotter Joins Rettie & Co. as director of new business for letting
Rettie & Co. has appointed Rob Trotter as director of new business for letting, joining from DJ Alexander where he spent almost two decades, most recently as director of new business (Scotland).
Trotter said: “There is massive potential for the firm to grow the lettings side of the business, underpinned by Rettie’s unwavering commitment to relationship-driven customer service. It has been a big move for me, it is the only other firm I would have joined at this point in my career. The ethos that Simon Rettie, Neil Cunningham, and the team have built was a deciding factor.”
