Zoopla unveils upgraded website for agents

Zoopla has unveiled an upgraded website for agents and housebuilders.

The new look website, first launched in 2018, will provide new content, research and product information.

The refreshed site now includes a new ‘Insights Hub’ which will host Zoopla’s reports – the House Price Index and Rental Market Report in easily accessible and downloadable formats.

The new site will include a product hub, where visitors can find out more information about joining Zoopla, as well as its range of add-on products. These products are now organised around customer needs – whether they want to increase stock, market their stock or grow their own brand awareness.

Housebuilders will also have their own dedicated section on the site blog with bespoke content on topics including buyer trends, growth opportunities and guides on buying software.

The new blog experience on the website will also house all of Zoopla’s latest updates for site visitors including corporate news from across Zoopla’s brands, as well as best practice tips and tricks for property professionals.

Brand new content will be added to the sites in the coming weeks and months – with new formats like podcasts and new episodes of Zoopla’s recently launched ‘Behind the Branch’ series on the horizon.

You can explore the site by clicking here, and provide feedback on the right-hand side of the homepage.

Nikki Cole, director of national sales at Zoopla, said: “Our much improved Zoopla Advantage site ensures that agents and housebuilders now have a single place where they can access content, research, product information and support from us.

“Our customers are constantly reaching out to us for additional market insights and statistics – now they have an industry-leading destination for all their research needs and more.”
