Growing estate agency reveals plans for new flagship office

Knights has underscored its commitment to the South East of England by revealing plans for a new flagship office space in Brighton.

The company has grown significantly in recent years and now has a team of more than 200 professionals in offices across the South East.

Knights will be bringing many of those colleagues together in a new office at Edward Street Quarter in Brighton – a £120m  city centre development.

The move is a significant investment in Knights’ team in Sussex and the South East, and offers potential room for growth.

Darren Walker, client services director for Knights’ offices across the South East, commented: “This is such exciting news for Knights, our people and our clients. Opening a flagship office in Brighton gives us a platform for further expansion across the South East – including working with clients in Brighton, Sussex, London and beyond.

“We’re recruiting talent to join us in Brighton, and across all of our offices, to help us to build even more scale, capability and relationships. As part of that growth we’re bringing in some top talent in the coming months, and we’re looking for more ambitious professionals to join us.”

Knights’ team in Brighton are currently based nearby on Prince Albert Street, but will move to Edward Street Quarter in September.
