Countrywide brand Hamptons International is opening a new branch covering Earlsfield and Southfields, south-west London.

The addition of this office brings Hamptons’ network to 86 branches across London and the south.

Marc Goldberg, head of sales at Hamptons International, said: “Earlsfield and Southfields have long been locations of interest. Not only will the office bolster our south-west London branch structure, but it will also help connect these branches to north Surrey.”

Meanwhile, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has opened another new sales and lettings outlet in South Kensington, shortly after opening in Marylebone.

Further branches in Fulham, Parsons Green, Earls Court and Clerkenwell are scheduled to open during the next six to nine months.

The firm now has more than 50 branches in the capital, employing over 700 people.
