Zoopla has agreed a new long-term contract with estate agent Andrews, which encompasses 44 branches across southern England.
Founded in 1946 and owned by the Andrews Charitable Trust, Andrews is eyeing growth across South East England this year, which partly explains why the company has decided to list properties on Zoopla.
Andrews will benefit from a core membership package, which includes Valuation Booster – which enables Andrews to target areas where they want to win more instructions and Featured Agent to boost their brand.
Like all Zoopla members, Andrews will have access to detailed performance reporting and local market data via ZooplaPro. The partnership will also further improve Zoopla’s coverage of listings in the UK.
David Powell, group commercial director at Andrews, said: “Andrews aspires to be the most trusted and admired in the property sector and this partnership with Zoopla is a key part of realising that ambition”
Zoopla’s director of corporate estate agency and new homes, Alex Rose, added: “I’ve been impressed by Andrews’ commitment to being a customer-centric brand with a best-in-class offering and the team and I look forward to supporting them with these ambitions and much more over the coming months.”
zoopla should just give agents 1 year free to ditch rightmove..something or someone needs to inspire agents to take their properties away from wrongmove.
