Connells Group has announced the launch of Connells Living, a new comprehensive full-service proposition for private rented sector (PRS) investors.
The proposition includes land acquisition, planning advisory, building consultancy and project management, lettings, property management, block management, Build-to-Rent design advisory, bespoke financial reporting, valuation services, market intelligence and capital markets support.
Headed up by newly appointed Connells Group PRS director, James Thornett, Connells Living will offer PRS investors an end-to-end service.
