On 3 November 2022, Gareth Samples, chief executive officer, acquired 9,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the company at an average price of 232.0p per share.
On 2 November 2022, Sophy Pashley, the partner of David Raggett, chief financial officer, bought 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the company at an average price of 232.2p per share.
Following the purchase, David Raggett and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 390,101 Ordinary Shares. This comes after he also purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the company at an average price of 248p per share on 24 October 2022.
