Agency conference rescheduled due to Tube strike

Relocation Agent Network (RAN) has announced a change in date for their annual RANCON conference.

Taking into account the national rail and London underground strike planned for November 3 and November 5, RANCON22 is now rescheduled for Friday, 10 February, at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel (Kensington).

“We wanted to provide the least amount of disruption to our members, partners and speakers, and adjusting the date was the best solution in light of this latest transportation action,” said Andrew Scott, RAN MD. “The speakers and agenda for RANCON are first rate.”

RAN, which was expecting more than 200 members, delegates and sponsors at event, hope that the delayed show will not deter people from attending.

Built around the theme of Sustaining Success, the conference will include subject area experts speaking on marketing and brand, social responsibility, team building in the property sector. RAN will publish the full agenda in forthcoming updates.

As in previous years, economist Roger Martin-Fagg is confirmed to deliver his signature insights on changes and developments in the UK property market, political environment, and global economy.

Scott added: “Members are supportive of the change in date, and we’re focusing the event on topics that are essential for success in 2023 and beyond. We’re looking forward to welcoming all parties in February.”

RANCON22 is open to all RAN Members and, this year for the first time, to other interested professionals in the industry. Those interested in attending can learn more by clicking here.

It’s obviously disappointing that this much anticipated industry event will be delayed, but well done to Andrew and the RAN team for reorganising everything so quickly and efficiently.
