Spicerhaart’s Group Managing Director for Land and New Homes, Tim Wardley, has been appointed to the Spicerhaart Board.

Wardley joined Spicerhaart in June 2017 after over 30 years at the Connells Group.

Commenting on his Board appointment, Wardley said:

“I am looking forward to working closely with CEO Paul Smith and the other Board members and bringing an added view of agency, maximising transaction value and developing the Land and New Home business to become an even bigger asset for the company.”

Tim Wardley started his career as a part time negotiator working weekends whilst studying for a BSc in Estate Management at University.

His career progressed rapidly, and he ran the most successful division for the Connells Group, opening numerous branches and securing acquisitions.
