Independent estate agency Hat and Home has opened its third branch just 16 months after launching the business.

The new office, which opened this week, is located in the Berkshire town of Bracknell. The contemporary estate agency is expanding quickly having only launched the business in February last year with a branch in Wokingham, before opening a second branch in November last year in leafy Crowthorne, Berkshire.

Hat and Home founder Ben Gee commented: “Bracknell is a great fit for Hat and Home and we can’t wait to get the office open for our customers.  The re-fit will take a few weeks,  but we are already listing properties to sell and let for people wanting to take advantage of our introductory rates.”

The 2,000 sq ft premises is in The Lexicon, and will feature Hat and Home’s signature bowler hat lights, exposed brick walls and a few surprises as well.

Hat and Home are well-known for their distinctive marketing campaign featuring a bowler hat morphed into other objects which represent their proposition and service offering.
