A best-selling author and former military wellness culture revolutionary are headlining the NAEA Propertymark National Conference this year.
Dr Andy Cope from Doctor of Happiness and Sarah Furness from Well Be It have built renowned businesses applying life-changing principles and practical tools to people’s lives and will be coming to the stage next month.
Dr Cope promises simple and do-able principles by sharing the findings of his happiness research that will make a huge difference at work and home and if whispered quietly, he says it might even change your life.
His ‘Spy Dog’ children’s series was a worldwide hit and he now writes about wellbeing and happiness for children, teenagers, and adults.
Furness spent 20 years flying helicopters in the military on combat operations and her experience has shown her that veterans are not naturally cool under fire, but rather need to be taught how to cope with new challenges, and that is what her ‘Train hard, fight harder’ session at the NAEA Propertymark Conference promises to deliver.
Visitors will be able to discover her unique Healthy Automatic Behaviours in Threatening Scenarios HABITS formula which looks to train the mind to master pressure and accomplish zen like levels of self-belief and inner calm.
The opportunity to learn tools including the pilots ‘work-cycle’ technique and applied cognitive techniques for greater focus, productivity, and reduced burn out alongside Furness’ proven methods used by combat pilots which have been refined through her exploration and understanding of the human mind will also be available.
Nathan Emerson, CEO of Propertymark, commented: “This year marks the 60th anniversary of our sales membership division and what better way to celebrate this milestone than with bespoke, quality speakers offering insight on how agents can further grow into 2022 and beyond.
“We are excited to announce our headline speakers for this year’s NAEA Propertymark Conference as their extensive knowledge and acclaimed techniques will make this an unmissable event for any agents calendar.”
The Conference takes place on 30 June.
