Megan Cracknell joins Carter Jonas
Carter Jonas has appointed Megan Cracknell as a senior negotiator.
Cracknell will support the head of new homes in the Eastern region, Jason Capel, who also recently joined the firm.
She will also work under Anton Frost, head of residential, Eastern Region, and focus particularly on targeting new and existing business with developers on various schemes and seeing the process through to completion of sales.
Having previously worked in new homes for Redmayne Arnold & Harris, Carter Jonas hope that Cracknell transfer her skills to the new role at the company.
Cracknell will be based in Cambridge and split her time across Carter Jonas’ three city-centre offices.

Knight Frank appoints new head of lettings in Esher office
Knight Frank has appointed Angharad Lonnon as a partner and head of Lettings for Esher, Cobham and Weybridge, based in the firm’s Esher office.
Lennon brings with her a wealth of experience, having been in the industry for over 21 years, starting her career in Esher, Cobham and Weybridge, latterly spending over five years at Savills as South West Lettings Regional Director. Prior to this she was area manager for Elmbridge at Countrywide.
In her new role at Knight Frank, Lennon, a fellow of ARLA, will be running Elmbridge lettings based in Knight Frank’s Esher office. =

West Sussex estate agent Michelle Hendrie joins Property Acquisitions
Former estate agent, Michelle Hendrie, has joined West Sussex buying agency, Property Acquisitions, and will specialise in the country house buyers market in and around Midhurst, Petworth and Chichester.
Hendrie joins from Jackson-Stops Midhurst, where she has spent the last 15 years selling prime country houses in and around the South Downs National Park.
At Property Acquisitions, Hendrie will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring homes on behalf of buyers, working closely with founding director of the firm, Jennie Hancock.
Hendrie commented: “Buying agents are key to finding the good country houses that nobody else knows about, removing the competition for them hugely.”
“Having always enjoyed matching buyers to houses as an estate agent, I therefore feel my skillset and knowledge is now best placed on behalf of buyers,” she added.
