East Midlands-based estate agent The Agent has expanded into South Nottinghamshire after taking on a new regional representative.

Launching in 2020 during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, The Agent offers a hybrid estate agency service, with representatives operating from home.

Jason Swift, who has almost 20 years’ experience in the sector, is the latest member to join The Agent’s team.

Swidt, The Agent’s new partner for South Nottinghamshire, said: “The Agent does most of its work digitally, which makes this a fantastic way of working – without the constraints of a physical office.

“We’re not lost in corporate red tape and our hours are flexible to meet the needs of clients. This gives the team freedom to keep getting sales agreed when many agents are shut.”
