Homesearch has today unveiled a raft of unique data reporting features that it says are designed to give agents ‘a major competitive market edge’.
The four new mobile-first, interactive property report features, developed using real user data from estate agents, homebuyers and seller, have been introduced to appeal to more companies with Homesearch claiming that they aim to meet agents’ evolving business needs and ultimately deliver more instructions.
The Homesearch platform claims that it is on course to deliver an average 1,500% return on investment (ROI) for agents by the end of 2022, thanks to the new reporting features.
‘Dream Home Finder’ is among the new features. It gives agents’ clients the ability to search anywhere for properties that meet their exact needs, whether on or off the market. This among other things helps generate a potential instruction for the agent.
The new dashboard functionality gives agents a complete single view of their local market in terms of available stock, average values and estimated fees.
The real-time view allows agents to see how many instructions are on their patch compared to how many are sold subject to contract, view the most active streets in their location and keep track of their market share versus their competitors. It also allows agents to be more responsive and access specific information needed to answer detailed client queries.
Giles Ellwood, Homesearch CEO, commented: “These new innovative reporting features represent the most fundamental update to the Homesearch platform since our inception. It is the result of months of investment in product development and gathering feedback and data from estate agents, to understand what tools and insights they need to drive more qualified prospecting opportunities, valuations and instructions.
“We see these platform enhancements as invaluable to agents looking to steal a march on their competitors and drive business growth in tough market conditions where housing stock for sale remains extremely low. We’re proud to be introducing features that no other platform is able to provide – underlying our commitment to being the best estate agent prospecting tool on the market.”
