house. Partnership has announced the appointment of Noah Pearlman and Charles Chute, expanding the partnership’s network to north London and Hampshire, respectively.
With over 17 years of agency experience, Pearlman has worked at a number of estate agents across north London.
He said: “As a north Londoner, it’s incredibly exciting to be joining house. Partnership and bringing a new and contemporary approach to the north London property scene, sharing my passion for property, design and architecture in the process.”
Chute, who has more than 15 years of agency experience under his belt working for the likes of Hamptons and Savills, will be opening an office in the county of Hampshire.
He commented “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining house. Partnership. The business is making leaps and bounds in the areas already covered and I’m looking forward to being part of that journey, in a region with great potential.”

Knight Frank promotes two to proprietary partner
Knight Frank has promoted two to proprietary partner, effective from 1 April 2022.
Mark Proctor will become a regional partner in South West, while Caroline Bathgate become a partner in the global head of valuation & advisory division.
