Nock Deighton, based in Shropshire, reports that they have increased their lettings book organically in recent months by turning to enhanced automation.
The company has found that around 10% of all sales applicants self-identify as landlords; good news for an agency looking to win more instructions.
Nock Deighton’s chairman, Michael Nettleton, said: “We have worked incredibly hard on the culture of the business and reinforcing the importance of successfully growing our managed book.”
The company has utilised their in-house technologies in the form of ‘Agent Response’, to ask the simple questions of every sales applicant.
“Rich pickings for mortgage, conveyancing, and relocation leads, Nettleton added. “Asking if they are currently a landlord is simply the cherry on the cake.”
He continued: “As an industry, we are notorious for not making the most of one of our most valuable assets, our databases. By combining simple lead nurture plans in combination with first-class customer service, Nock Deighton are unearthing more than 100 fresh landlord leads a month.”
