Thurrock-based Griffin residential group has opened a new branch in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex.

The family-run firm, which launched in Grays 16 years ago, specialises in residential sales, lettings and property management.

The company recently launched a new franchise in Elm Park and more new branches are planned across south Essex and East London in 2022.

Meanwhile, Griffin’s Grays office is now closed for refurbishment and will be open in early January 2022.

Curtis Johnson, sales manager at Griffin, told EYE: “We expanding in order to increase our local market share, with plans to open more offices in 2022.

“We are the top selling estate agent in Grays, while we also manage more properties than any other local agent. But we want to target other areas and plan to open two or three new offices next year.”
