After 40 years, eight-branch agency rebrands to Hunters

An eight-office firm of agents in Lincolnshire is rebranding after becoming a Hunters franchise.

The decision of Turner Evans Stevens to convert to a Hunters franchise brings the total number of Hunters branches to 125 nationally, and to nine in Lincoln – there is a Hunters business in Scunthorpe.

Turner Evans Stevens was launched 40 years ago and has offices in Lincoln, Grimsby, Skegness, Spilsby, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Louth and Woodhall Spa.

Kevin Hollinrake, managing director and Hunters Property Group founder, said: “We are delighted to expand our presence in Lincolnshire and partner with what is the most established and reputable property agents in the region.

“The founding partners and staff at Turner Evans Stevens bring a wealth of experience and local knowledge and we look forward to what promises to be a very successful future working together under the Hunters umbrella.”

Gareth Evans, director of Turner Evans Stevens, said: “Roderic Turner, Phil Stevens and I decided that joining Hunters provides an opportunity for the Turner Evans Stevens group to continue to develop our business and enhance and expand the service that we are able to provide to our clients and customers.

“Our excellent team will remain the same but our clients will benefit from being part of a wider network of over 100 branches giving a national presence.”

Hunters expects to have over 140 offices by the end of the year, with a plan for further growth to around 500 offices in five years’ time.
