    I’m not sure what I’d consider to be more stupid. The firm for allowing it to continue or the client for choosing this brand in the first instance?

    They seem to have generated a great deal of publicity so are probably very pleased!

    It isn’t actually the agent at fault is it? I would guess this is a head office mistake, they provided the copy, signed off the proof etc.
