Morgan Wilson handed promotion at Spicerhaart
Spicerhaart Letting’s new area director for the West and Wales has been promoted internally after 11 years working his way up the ranks.
Morgan Wilson joined the company as a negotiator in 2010 before becoming a lettings manager, senior lettings manager and branch partner in Weston-Super-Mare.
His promotion to an area director for haart and Darlows is the next big step in his career.
He said: “I have spent my entire career working in sales and the property industry, and I am ready to use my knowledge to help others develop and grow.
“This role is more than a nine-to-five job. I have always gone above and beyond for customers to ensure I am serving their needs, and I ensure to do the same for my staff who deserve to be nurtured throughout their journey.”
Spicerhaart’s group managing director, Antony Lark, added: “Morgan is an incredibly loyal member of the Spicerhaart family and a go-to person for the wider team. His promotion is a reflection of all he has done so far.”
Savills adds to its super prime London residential development sales team
Savills has expanded its super prime London residential development sales team with two new hires, both of whom are returning to Savills having worked for the company previously.
Adam Simmonds joins as director with a decade’s experience in the property industry. He was most recently head of new homes sales at Strutt and Parker. Becca Howard also joins the team having spent three years working for boutique developer Pocket Living.
They are both returning to work at Savills having previously worked at the firm in the Sloane Street and Winchester offices respectively. They will both now be based in Savills global headquarters at Margaret Street, London, W1.
Simmonds has plenty of experience working in the new build sector in prime central London. He has previously worked across a number of high-profile schemes.
He said: “It’s great to be back at Savills after seven years away. I’m looking forward to offering the expertise and service that clients have come to expect from the Savills super prime team and selling some of the best in class residential developments in London”.
Having worked client-side in recent years Howard will support the sales and marketing function within the team.
She commented: “I’m very much looking forward to supporting the sales and marketing of prime London developments and collaborating with Savills teams across PCL”.
Ed Lewis, head of London residential development at Savills, added: “We anticipate a busy autumn and winter, with the return of international buyers now that travel restrictions are beginning to lift. I have no doubt the growing team will hit the ground running as we see the pent-up demand released into the prime central London market.”
B8 Real Estate expands Merseyside lettings team
B8 Real Estate has expanded its lettings team with the appointment of Alex Perratt as a surveyor.
Perratt, who will primarily be covering the Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and West Lancashire areas, joins from CBRE in Manchester where he was part of the industrial and logistics property team. He has eight years’ experience in property during which time he has worked.
He said: “The move will enable me to further develop my knowledge of the sector and the local market.”
