Senior Negotiator - Sales

You will be responsible for hitting sales targets set by the Branch Partner, and carry out a high level of customer care.
In the Branch Partner’s absence, you must be confident in leading a team to ensure the branch continues to hit and exceed targets.

Build and maintain relationships with both purchasers and vendors
Answering calls and handling queries
Booking appointments
Conducting research
Conducting constructive feedback
Exceed customer expectations
Overcome objections
Understand sales progression
Build and maintain a client list
Support cross sales
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven track record of providing a high level of customer care, efficient, self motivated and well organised with the ability to remain pro active at all times.
Proactive and able to work without too much direction
Work well under pressure.
Well presented, well spoken with very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be computer literate.
A flexible approach to working hours may be required.
Be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full and valid driving licence.
Desirable:
Previous experience of working within a fast paced sales environment, preferably in the High End sector.
