Our Client is part of the largest independent Estate Agency based in the South East England. They are hardworking, dedicated, and above all passionate about what they do. Their aim is to provide a first class and professional property service for all their customers. They cover all areas of the Estate Agency spectrum and are always on the lookout for talented candidates including Branch Managers, Senior Negotiators/Property Valuers, Lettings Professionals including Property Management and CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisors.

They ensure that all of our employees receive the highest standard of training undertaken by any estate agent and the opportunity to develop and grow with the company are readily available for the right candidates.

Hours of work: Monday Friday 8:30am -6:30pm and Saturday 9am 5pm (5 day working week)

Purpose of the role

To deliver an exceptional service to all our customers when buying and selling property.

Motivated to meet and exceed targets. Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Managing and developing a team to fill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the branch manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services

Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation

Successfully list a targeted number of properties to the company guidelines achieving the best fees possible

Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors

To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
