Due to continued growth a Property Maintenance Coordinator is required to join our busy office. The branch established as one of the main estate and letting agents in the area and is a leading provider of guaranteed rental income and has an expanding network. Your role will be to provide the highest standard of service to all tenants and landlords ensuring their positive perception of the company and its services.With effective usage of our systems and standard operating procedures. You’ll ensure the highest standards of administration. Managing all reported maintenance issues through to conclusion communicating with landlords contractors and tenants during the entire process. In conjunction with the Lettings Manager you’ll undertake regular reviews with all contractors to ensure the highest standards are being continually met.General Duties:•Answer the telephone deal with all enquiries accordingly and respond to emails.•Promote our services to landlords & vendors.•Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times.•Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the branch and company.To be successful you’ll work well under pressure be highly organised and offer a creative approach to solving problems whilst communicating well with both customers and contractors to ensure a superior level customer service.To apply please email Mike Connors: mike.connors@amrgroup.co.uk
