Function:
To provide support to the sales team for the effective marketing of Retirement Villages reporting to the Regional Sales Manager

Principle Duties:
Good administrative skills
Some Understanding of the Financial Implications of property purchasing
Ability to carry out sales progression
Assist MD of Property Holdings with general admin/appointment bookings.
Data base/CRM understanding Ability to assist arranging marketing events.
Location & hours:
Leatherhead Hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm Fridays 9.00am to 5.00pm
Holidays 25 days (plus bank holidays)
