Planning for EPC changes to C.

    Its going to cost a considerable amount of money to pay for work on our 1 – E property, which we are planning to do in the next 6 months – this house was built in 1937.  Then we move on to D, we have 5 of these and 1 is just one point below C.  All these properties are post war and the youngest are 20 years old.  It would make planning easier if we knew the ‘value’ of replacing gas boilers, more loft insulation, external wall insulation so we can do that work that counts.  Some of the work is going to be disruptive to resident tenants.
