Our Client is one of the largest independent Estate Agency based in the South East of England. Their aim is to provide a first class and professional service for all of their customers. They cover all areas of the Estate Agency spectrum and are always on the lookout for talented candidates including Branch Managers, Senior Negotiators/Property Valuers, Lettings Professionals including Property Management and CeMap qualified Mortgage Advisors.
They ensure that all of their employees receive the highest standard of training undertaken by any estate agent and the opportunities to develop and grow with the company are readily available for the right candidates.
Hours of work: Monday Friday 8:30am -6:30pm and Saturday 9am 5pm (5 day working week)
Purpose of the role:
To deliver an exceptional service to all or their customers when renting or letting a property.
Motivated to meet and exceed targets. Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Managing and developing a team to fill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set.
Key Responsibilities
To develop and maintain a lettings business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
In conjunction with the Managing Director, the setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
Motivating staff with incentives and rewards
Holding 1:1 review meetings, identifying development needs
Implementing agreed business plans
Listing and letting properties
Ensuring business is compliant
Development and maintenance of landlord and contractor relationships
Person Profile
An experienced manager with lettings and valuations experience
Results driven with a strong track record for previous sales results
Motivated to exceed targets
Hard working and focused to lead and motivate the development of a team
Business Development
Desire to develop a career
Full Driving Licence
