C’est beau: Our search for the most beautiful estate agency office spreads to Europe

EYE’s search for the most beautiful estate agency offices has kicked off again, with word reaching mainland Europe.

Julie Savill, marketing director of Beaux Villages Immobilier in Tournon d’Agenais in the Lot et Garonne department of south-west France, sent us these images of her firm’s enchanting offices.

“The village is 12th century and beautifully preserved.

“We think it’s pretty special,” says Julie, who tells us she reads EYE each morning.

And it’s hard to disagree, especially when you see the photo of Tournon d’Agenais itself, perched on a rocky hill and covered in mist.

She has been living in France for 14 years and has been working with Beaux Villages, which has recently celebrated its tenth anniversary, for nine of those.

She had no previous experience of estate agency but already knew the property market well, having been a magazine editor for the BBC, working on Homes and Antiques and Good Homes magazines.

Beaux Villages has a mixed client base when it comes to both vendors and buyers, with clients categorised first by language rather than nationality. Around 50% of buyers are English-speakers, the  majority from the UK.

We’ve already received plenty of examples of beautiful offices. Please do keep them coming and we’ll continue to feature them on EYE throughout the year.
