Brew-tiful offices: Property is on tap at this agency in Newcastle, plus one of Yorkshire’s finest

In challenging times, estate agency can be thirsty work but luckily one business has the answer.

As EYE continues its hunt for the most beautiful estate agents’ offices up and down the country, we came across this brew-ty in Newcastle.

Walton Robinson in Newcastle occupies what used to be the headquarters of Newcastle Breweries.

If that weren’t history enough, Anna Smith, marketing assistant at Walton Robinson explains that the Grade II-listed building also includes air raid shelters, as well as a fire watchers’ post dating back to the Second World War.

Meanwhile, there can be few more impressive settings for an office than those of Yorkshire Finest’s Halifax branch, at the Grade I-listed Piece Hall in West Yorkshire.

Yorkshire’s Finest director Linden Thornton says the company chose the location for its offices, which have opened recently, because the “nature and history of the building complement the ethos of the business”.

We’ve already received plenty of examples of beautiful offices. Please keep them coming and we’ll continue to feature them on EYE.
